Tickets, bookings, workshops, retreats, trainings, certifications, digital offerings, and specialty events are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
Tickets may not be transferred to future events. If you are unable to attend, another guest may attend in your place under your name unless otherwise noted.
Doors open approximately 15 minutes before the scheduled start time and close promptly at the beginning of the session.
Late entry may not be permitted in order to maintain a peaceful environment for all guests.
