I’m the founder and facilitator behind Soul Wave Holistics.
When I started Soul Wave, the vision was actually pretty simple: I wanted to make sound healing feel accessible.
Not something reserved for a retreat you take once a year. Not something you needed experience with meditation or spirituality to understand. And not something that had to feel intimidating or out of reach.
I wanted to create a space you could actually make part of your life.
Maybe you come once a month when you need a reset. Maybe you find yourself here every Saturday and Sunday. Maybe you come during a season when you need a little extra support and return again months later.
There has never been a “right” way to experience Soul Wave. The intention has always been to create a welcoming place where you can slow down, reconnect with yourself, and simply receive.
What began with one sound bath has grown far beyond what I imagined in those early days. Today, Soul Wave welcomes thousands of guests into sound healing experiences and offers everything from our weekly sound baths and guided meditations to workshops, retreats, special events, sound healing certifications, tarot education, and other immersive learning experiences.
Teaching has become one of the most meaningful parts of what I do.
Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of teaching and certifying hundreds of students in sound healing, helping people not only experience these instruments but understand them, feel confident working with them, and discover how sound can become part of their own personal practice or something they eventually share with others.
And just like our sound baths, I believe learning should feel accessible too.
You don’t need to own a collection of instruments before walking into a class. You don’t need years of experience. You don’t need to already know what you’re doing.
You get to start exactly where you are.
That philosophy carries into every experience I facilitate.
My work blends crystal singing bowls, Himalayan bowls, gongs, chimes, drums, meditation, intuitive guidance, and other sound healing instruments to create experiences that are grounding, approachable, and deeply personal. There is no pressure to meditate perfectly, clear your mind, have a profound realization, or leave as a different person.
Sometimes healing is much simpler than that.
Sometimes it’s lying down for an hour. Taking a deeper breath. Letting your nervous system soften. Giving yourself permission to stop searching for the next answer and simply be where you are.
As Soul Wave has grown, one of the greatest gifts has been watching it become more than a schedule of classes. It has become a community.
A place where people come back week after week. Where strangers become familiar faces. Where people bring their friends, their moms, their partners, and eventually someone who has never experienced a sound bath before. A place to celebrate new chapters, move through difficult ones, learn something new, or simply carve out a little time that belongs completely to you. And I never take for granted that I get to be the person holding that space.
Soul Wave will continue to evolve. There will be new experiences, new classes, new certifications, new retreats, and probably ideas I haven’t even dreamed up yet. But the heart of it will always remain the same.
To make healing, rest, connection, and sound more accessible. To create spaces where you can come exactly as you are. And to remind you that taking time to reconnect with yourself doesn’t have to be complicated.
Whether I see you once a month, every weekend, at a workshop, or sitting across from me learning to play your very first singing bowl, you are part of the community we’re building here.
I can’t wait to share space with you.
